PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a metal tube for a car is provided to automate a process for molding the metal tube which is fed to a worktable with longitudinally inserting fastening nuts into both longitudinal ends of the metal tube through a first and a second nut insertion molding part, and to automate a process for externally inserting a protective tube into the metal tube through a protective tube insertion cutting part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a metal tube for a car includes a worktable(100), a metal tube feeding part(200), a first nut insertion molding part(300), a protective tube insertion cutting part(400), a tube shrinkage coupling part(500), a second nut insertion molding part(600), and a tube transferring part. The metal tube feeding part feeds the metal tube to the worktable. The first nut insertion molding part inserts a fastening nut into one longitudinal end of the metal tube, and then molds the one longitudinal end of the metal tube. The protective tube insertion cutting part inserts a protective tube into the metal tube, and then cuts the protective tube. The tube shrinkage coupling part receives, heats, and cools the metal tube, and then sticks the protective tube to the metal tube. The second nut insertion molding part inserts the fastening nut into the other longitudinal end of the metal tube, and then molds the other longitudinal end. The tube transferring part sequentially transfers the metal tube on the worktable to the first nut insertion molding part, the protective tube insertion cutting part, the tube shrinkage coupling part, and the second nut insertion molding part. |
