PURPOSE: An SIPS(Side Impact Protection System) fixing device of a construction machine is provided to attach and detach an SIPS without welding and cutting and facilitate to move a construction machine. CONSTITUTION: An SIPS fixing device of a construction machine comprises a fixing seat(12), an SIPS(14), and a fastening member(15). The fixing seat is arranged inside the fixing plate(11) of an upper frame(10). The SIPS is fixed by setting an extension plate(13) on the fixing plate. The fastening member passes through the extension plate and fixing plate. The fastening member is fastened to the fixing seat by interposing an elastic member(16) equipped with a spacer(17).
