PURPOSE: An optical member and a display device having the same are provided to prevent the damage of an accommodating part from external impact. CONSTITUTION: Light conversion particles are arranged in an accommodating part. A shock absorption layer is arranged in the outer surface of the accommodating part and has elasticity. A first shock absorption layer(460) has first protrusions for preventing the damage of the accommodating part due to the impact between the accommodating part and a light emitting diode. A second shock absorption layer(470) prevents the damage of the accommodating part due to the impact between the accommodating part and a light guide plate. |
