<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain cooling performance in a negative environmental temperature, even when using pure water as a refrigerant of a heat pipe. <P>SOLUTION: An operation control unit 16, when the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 15 is below a predetermined value, causes a three-phase inverter 11 to operate in a warm-up operation mode of a condition where the output power to be supplied to a load from the inverter 11 is disconnected. The operation control unit, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 15 exceeds the predetermined temperature, causes the three-phase inverter 11 to operate in a normal operation mode of a condition where the output power to be supplied to the load from the inverter 11 is supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
