Nickel-based solder alloy comprises a mixture of 15-30 wt.% of a first solder material, 15-25 wt.% of a second solder material and 45-70 wt.% of a base material, where the base material is a nickel-based material corresponding to a soldering material, the first solder material is a nickel-based material comprising chromium, cobalt, tantalum, aluminum and boron, and the second solder material is a nickel-based material comprising chromium, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten, boron and hafnium. An independent claim is included for producing the nickel-based solder alloy, comprising mixing the first solder material, second solder material and base material, which are present as powder, where the content of both chromium and cobalt is higher in the first solder material than in the second solder material. |
