PURPOSE: A device for measuring the bulletproof performance of a bulletproof material is provided to accurately and safely obtain a result of a performance test, to improve the reliability of the test, and to conveniently perform the test. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the bulletproof performance of a bulletproof material comprises a support(200), a frame unit(100), a bullet throwing unit(300), a speed measuring unit(400), and a control unit(700). A target material is placed on the top surface of the support which is arranged perpendicular to the ground. The frame unit supports the support to be movable in a y-axis and a z-axis. The bullet throwing unit horizontally throws a testing bullet to the support by using air pressure. The speed measuring unit measures the speed of the testing bullet shot at the support. The control unit controls a position of the frame unit, the existence of a supply of the testing bullet, and a shooting speed. [Reference numerals] (330) Air compressor; (700) Control unit
