PURPOSE: A chatting service providing method and a device thereof are provided to supply a chatting interface to a plurality of terminals and display the chatting messages between the terminals on an individual chatting area and the entire chatting area at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A chatting service providing device provides a chatting interface including a message input window, the entire chatting area, individual chatting areas, and chatting categories to the first and second terminals(S210). The device receives a first chatting message through the message input window provided to the first terminal(S220). The device displays the first chatting message on the individual chatting areas(S230). The device displays the first chatting message on the whole chatting area(S240).
