PURPOSE: An information providing method using an agreement procedure and a system thereof are provided to prevent damage of which information is exposed to other people. CONSTITUTION: An NFC(Near Field Communication) module(150) executes NFC with an external mobile device. When information providing agreement is requested from the external mobile device through the NFC module, a control unit(130) transmits the information providing agreement to the external mobile device through the NFC module. The control unit receives the information providing agreement from the external mobile device through the NFC module.
