PURPOSE: A winding device for a water fence is provided to reduce maintenance cost by reducing damage to the water fence caused by contact with the edge of a pier. CONSTITUTION: A winding device(1) for a water fence(20) comprises bracket parts(30), a guide frame(50), first roller parts(60), and a second roller part(70). A reel member(21) on which the water fence is wound is rotationally installed in the bracket parts. The guide frame has an internal space in which the water fence moves and is installed in front of the bracket parts. The first roller parts are rotationally installed on the left and right sides of the guide frame. The second roller part is rotationally installed in the guide frame.
