The base (1) has longitudinal profile units (3, 5) i.e. aluminum extruded sections, extending in a longitudinal direction and made of metal. The profile units comprise retainers (11, 13) for a separate running base (9) arranged between the profile units. The running base has breadth that corresponds to 50 to 80 percent of entire breadth of the base, where the breadth of the running base extends in a transverse direction of the base. The running base is made of wood or plastic. One of the profile elements comprises rods (15, 17) extending over height of the base.
