<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting apparatus having the same are provided to prevent the contact of a package and a light guide panel and to improve color uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A body includes a cavity. A plurality of lead frames(21) is arranged in the cavity. A light emitting chip(71) is arranged on the lead frames. A molding member(81) is molded on the light emitting chip.
