SUBTLE ENERGY NANOGENERATORS USING GRAPHENE

PURPOSE: A subtle energy nanogenerator using graphene is provided to implement a self-powered device by harvesting the drop energy of raindrops. CONSTITUTION: A bottom substrate is flexible. A graphene bottom electrode is arranged on the bottom substrate. Piezoelectric materials are grown on the bottom electrode. Graphene is transferred on the grown piezoelectric materials. The flexible bottom substrate is made of plastic, glass, sapphire, paper, or silicon.
