PURPOSE: A crusher for recycling green resource is provided to vertically pass and discharge crushed articles through a cylindrical screen with a crushing chamber which is an annular chamber between a rotary drum and the screen inside a housing, thereby remarkably restraining the generation of re-crushing for the crushed articles. CONSTITUTION: A crusher for recycling green resource includes a hopper(1), a housing(15), a rotary drum(13), and a cylindrical screen(16). The housing is installed under the hopper housing articles to be crushed. The rotary drum rotates on a vertical rotary shaft inside the housing. The screen surrounds the rotary drum. An annular chamber(17) between the rotary drum and the screen is connected to the hopper. Multiple rotary knives(18) integrally rotating with the rotary drum and multiple fixed knives(19) crushing the articles to be crushed with cooperating with the rotary knives are placed inside the annular chamber. The housing has an outlet through which the crushed articles are passed and discharged.
