Assembly (1,1') for dispensing a beverage comprising a heat transfer system, to provide cooling or heating to a pressure chamber (2); said pressure chamber being adapted during use to accommodate a collapsible beverage container (19), and a connecting element (21) being arranged at an outlet of the beverage container; said pressure chamber comprises a wall and a lid defining the accommodation for the beverage container, and is furthermore provided with a pressure source chamber; a dispensing line (32) is connected with an outlet of said beverage container and extends from the outlet through an opening in the lid of the pressure chamber to a dispensing tap (55). The dispensing is carried out by providing the predetermined pressure to the exterior of the beverage container, which will start to collapse, whereby the beverage will be forced into the dispensing line and out at the dispensing tap. The pressure chamber is arranged slidably or pivotally in a cooling unit (3). |
