PURPOSE: A stone panel unit and a stone panel assembly unit using the same are provided to be easily fixed while an environment problem and a sanitary problem are not generated. CONSTITUTION: A stone panel unit(100) comprises a mesh main body(10), a filler(20), an upper metal mesh(30), an upper stone(40), and a fixing unit. The filler is filled in a storage section of the mesh main body, and a load is applied in order to prevent movement due to the current. The upper metal mesh covers the mesh main body in order to prevent the filler from being separated from the storage section. The upper stone is located on a top layer and is exposed by the eyes of a person in order to contribute to the landscape of the canal. The upper stone is fixed to the upper metal mesh by the fixing unit.
