Cosmetic composition in an aqueous medium comprises: one or more aluminosilicate material, in which the atomic ratio of silicon/alumina is 2:30, preferably 4:10, where the material is present in an amount of 0.1-20 wt.% at 25[deg] C compared to the weight of the aqueous solution, and the pH of the aqueous solution is acidic, and the materials are optionally grafted by incorporating one or more oxidizing species comprising metals of periods 3-12 of the periodic table, in the form of salts, oxides or complexes with a ligand; and one or more reducing agents. Cosmetic composition in an aqueous medium comprises: one or more aluminosilicate material, in which the atomic ratio of silicon/alumina is 2:30, preferably 4:10, where the material is present in an amount of 0.1-20 wt.% at 25[deg] C compared to the weight of the aqueous solution, and the pH of the aqueous solution is acidic, and the materials are optionally grafted by incorporating one or more oxidizing species comprising metals of periods 3-12 of the periodic table, in the form of salts, oxides or complexes with a ligand; and one or more reducing agents having a structure of formula ((H) mX1(R) n) (I). X1 : P, S or SO 2; R : linear or branched optionally saturated 1-20C-hydrocarbyl, which is optionally interrupted by a heteroatom, and is optionally substituted by hydroxy, halo, amino or carboxy, (1-30C-alkoxy)carbonyl, amido, (1-30C-alkyl)amino carbonyl, (1-30C-acyl)amino, mono or di(1-30C-alkyl)amino, mono or dihydroxy(1-30C-alkyl)amino, or its salts in combination with a base; m : 0 or 1; and n : 1-3. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method of permanent deformation of the keratinous fibers, preferably hair, comprising applying the composition on the hair to reduce disulfide bonds of keratin fibers, and fixing by oxidation to reform the bonds, by applying an oxidizing composition on the hair or contacting with oxygen in air; and (2) a multicompartment device or kit for deforming keratinous fibers comprising at least two compartments including a first compartment comprising (I), a second compartment comprising the aluminosilicate material and optionally a third compartment comprising the oxidizing composition.
