PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of red ginseng is provided to easily manufacture red ginseng at home and to maximally maintain and preserve the effects of the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A case(1) has a ginseng steaming room(S) to steam ginseng and has an opening and closing door(3) which are hinge connected. Heating tools(9) are embedded along the wall of the opening and closing door. A plurality of wicker trays(5) has a plurality of holes and is layered at a predetermined interval. A water jacket(13) generates heating vapor. A supply tube(15) has spray nozzles. Heater seating grooves(7) are vertically installed on the inner wall of the case, and a transparent protective plate(11) for protecting the heating tools is attached to the outside a heater. The water jacket comprises an electronic heater(21) inside. A supply tube valve(17) is installed on the supply tube, and a plurality of nozzles(19) is installed along the longitudinal direction of the supply tube towards the center part of the ginseng steaming room.
