The present invention provides a method of embodying an animated cartoon on mobile terminals by adding functions of dynamic animation to those of static cartoon. According to the present invention, static images of low capacity are normally provided on the terminals, and upon a user's request, moving images corresponding to the static images are provided, so that without transmitting image data of high capacity at once, users can feel as if an animation is being played. |
