<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary radiation of a superimposition frequency and its harmonic component in a high frequency superimposition circuit for laser diode control, without increasing the number of external components. <P>SOLUTION: A superimposition circuit comprises: a bias circuit (4) that generates a bias signal for setting an amplitude of a superimposition output signal; an oscillator (3) that generates an oscillating signal for setting a frequency of the superimposition output signal; and an output circuit (1) that outputs a superimposition output signal on the basis of the bias signal and the oscillating signal. The output circuit includes at least one of a first capacitor (5) connected to a power source of the output circuit, a second capacitor (6), third capacitors (7a and 7b), a first low-pass filter (8), and a second low-pass filter (9), thereby suppressing the variation of power current and reducing unnecessary radiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
