<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a reliable and efficient transfer of heat to a floor material body 1 on the upper side of a container 10 while forming an air storage space 12 for accumulating air in the container 10 wherein a latent heat storage material B is sealed. <P>SOLUTION: The latent heat storage body includes: a floor material body 1 as a latent heat storage floor material A constructed on a sub-floor material; and a container 10 disposed below the floor material body 1 and sealed with a latent heat storage material B which repeats melting and solidification corresponding to temperature. An upper wall part 10a as the upper side of the container 10 in its use state is formed with a projecting part 11 projecting on the upper side, while an air storage space 12 is formed in the projecting part 11, the upper wall part 10a of the container 10 other than the projecting part 11 is formed with a heat storage material contact part 15 to which the latent heat storage material B comes in contact at all times.
