<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and the like which present an alternative to an application to an applicant and enable the applicant to easily apply for the alternative, even when the original application cannot be accepted. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device ascertains original application contents from received transmission data, and when the device determines that the original application cannot be accepted, the device creates reply data including transmission destination information which can identify an alternative to the application, and transmits the created reply data to a transmission source of the transmission data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
