<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange ticket authentication system that reduces risks on a store side and a customer side and enhances motivation for a visit of customers. <P>SOLUTION: An exchange ticket authentication device 1 comprises: a server 2 that is connected to a store terminal 4 through a telecommunication circuit 5; and a storage unit 3 for storing at least one of data to be transmitted/received through the server 2, store information, and customer information. The store terminal 4 comprises: reading means 41 for reading an authentication code of an exchange ticket 10 having a privilege as a cash voucher; and transmission/reception means 42 for transmitting the read authentication code to the server 2. The server 2 comprises: authentication means 6 for authenticating an authentication code transmitted from the transmission/reception unit 42; and settlement means 7 for making settlement for a privilege cost of an exchange ticket corresponding to the authentication code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
