<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a molded article, offering excellent moldability, and capable of successfully obtaining a molded article having a deep drawing shape when using a nonwoven fabric as a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is a needle-punched short fiber nonwoven fabric prepared by laminating a plurality of nonwoven web layers different in a content of a binder short fiber and subjecting the laminate to a needle punch treatment. The binder short fiber is a single phase type form composed of a crystalline polyester. The crystalline polyester having a crystal-melting point of 100-200°C is a polyester containing a terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid as a main constituent, and at least one or more of 1,6-hexanediol, butanediol, and ethylene glycol as a diol constituent. The molded article is molded in a predetermined molding frame by heating the nonwoven fabric to melt the crystalline polyester on heat-molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
