PURPOSE: A woven papermaker fabric is provided to be used in a web forming region to improve web formation in a paper sheet of the fabric. CONSTITUTION: A woven papermaker fabric has a peak side of tension which is closer to the paper side than the inner side. The tension is a first thread tension which is horizontally stretched to binder threads(2, 4 ,6 , 24). At least one of first threads(34-35) generates oscillating lateral deflection. The first thread progresses in the same direction as the binder thread in a region of a binder point. The binder point is put on a space which is closest to a paper side which composes an inner side parallel to the paper side.
