<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type rotary electric machine which can bear high speed rotation and has high output. <P>SOLUTION: In a permanent magnet type rotary electric machine, nonmagnetic parts 257 are respectively formed on both edges in circumferential direction of a plurality of magnet insertion holes 253 provided in every magnetic pole of rotors, a bridge part 260 mechanically connecting a rotor core part 256 outside the magnet insertion hole to a rotor core part 263 inside the magnet insertion hole, is provided between adjacent magnet insertion holes among a plurality of magnet insertion holes 253, a relief part is provided so that a corner of a long permanent magnet 254 with a rectangular cross section inserted into the magnet insertion holes 253 does not contact with a surface at a bridge side of the magnetic insertion holes and an external and internal surfaces of the rotors, a size of the relief part on the surface at the bridge side of the magnetic insertion holes becomes lower at the corner of the permanent magnet, and a size of the relief part on the external and internal surfaces of the rotors of the magnetic insertion holes becomes lower at the corner of the permanent magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
