<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning device that continues to operate while still maintaining an antiseptic effect. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioning device includes a negative electric charge charging part 4, a base material, and an indoor blower fan 6. The negative electric charge charging part 4 negatively charges dust or moisture contained in the air. Polyaniline is applied to the base material or the base material contains polyaniline. The indoor blower fan 6 generates air stream such that air flows from the negative electric charge charging part 4 to the base material.
