PURPOSE: A skin sheet for the skin cap of a wig with an ultra thin film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to intactly project the skin color of a wig wearer so that the existence of the skin cap cannot be easily identified from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a skin sheet is composed of the following: a step(S210) of preparing a silicone polymer of 100 parts by weight, a silicone oligomer of 50-300 parts by weight to the silicone polymer of 100 parts by weight, and a platinum catalyst; a step(S220) of manufacturing a silicone reacting solution by uniformly mixing the silicone polymer, the silicone oligomer, and the platinum catalyst in a container; a step(S230) of forming a mesh structure silicone film with 0.033-0.20 mm in thickness after a mesh structure of a synthetic fiber material with 0.02-0.04 mm in thickness is placed on a head model which is made in a suitable shape for a wearing area of a wearer and is coated with the silicon reacting solution; and a step(S240) of reaction-hardening, where the silicone reacting solution is maintained for 2-24 hours in the range of a room temperature of 60 deg. C on the head model in order to form a silicone polymer sheet.
