<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light source device which can increase brightness of light and reduce the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: An LED light source device A1 comprises a plurality of LED chips 40, a substrate 10 supporting the plurality of LED chips 40 and an insulation member 20. The substrate 10 includes a principal surface 11 facing to one side in a z direction. On the substrate 10, a plurality of dents 12 denting to another side in the z direction are formed. Some first LED chips 40 among the plurality of LED chips 40 are provided in some first dents 12 among the plurality of dents 12. The LED light source device A1 further comprises a metal film 30 provided on a principal surface 21 of the insulation member 20 and electrically connected with the first LED chips 40, and first translucent resins 510 filled in the first dents 12 so as to cover the first LED chips 40, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
