An electricity supply device of a contactless electrical power transmission device comprises a casing foundation member (35), a primary coil (40), positioned on the casing foundation member (35), for generating magnetic flux, a cover (36) which is attached to the casing foundation member (35) and covers the primary coil (40), an electrostatic capacity sensor (21) which comprises a detection electrode positioned between the primary coil (40) and the cover (36) and which detects contamination around the cover (36) on the basis of a change in the electrostatic capacity detected by way of the detection electrode, and a highly dielectric member (37) embedded in the cover (36) and having a dielectric constant which is higher than that of the cover (36). |
