PURPOSE: A frame error concealment method and an apparatus, and an audio decoding method and an apparatus are provided to recover an error frame accurately in a signal property and a burst error section adaptively without an additional delay in a frequency domain, in a low-complexity. CONSTITUTION: A signal transient decision unit(710) determines a signal property by using a decoded signal. According to a transient result, a parameter controller(730) controls a parameter for a frame error concealment. A regression analysis unit(750) performs a regression analysis by using a parameter of a previous frame which is stored. A gain calculator(770) calculates a gain between an average of each group estimated for an error frame and an average of each group in the previous good frame. A scaling unit(790) produces a spectrum coefficient of the error frame.
