<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further increasing the content of coenzyme Q10 in cells of a coenzyme Q10-producing microorganism in order to inexpensively and efficiently produce coenzyme Q10, whereas it is difficult to inexpensively produce coenzyme Q10 in a conventional production method of coenzyme Q10 using microbial fermentation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing coenzyme Q10 includes: culturing the coenzyme Q10-producing microorganism in a culture medium containing a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having a 14-18C fatty acid moiety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
