Disclosed are a new photoinitiator system of a combination of aromatic hydroxyl ketones and phosphoryl oxides, and an olefinic unsaturation-containing system that is radiation curable by light (UV-light or visible light or an equivalent light source) and formulated from such a photoinitiator system and a suitable photoabsorber having the characteristic of absorbing redshift light, such as hydroxyl benzotriazole.
