PURPOSE: A touch sensing device and a manufacturing method are provided to supply a protective structure which blocks or reduces resistance change of sensing electrodes, thereby improving or maintaining sensitivity of the touch sensing device. CONSTITUTION: An insulation pattern layer(208b) is coated on sensing electrode units and comprises opening units which does not correspond to the sensing electrode units. First sensing electrode units(204a) are arranged corresponding to a first direction for forming first sensing electrode arrays and are connected to each other through connection parts. Second sensing electrode units(206a) are arranged corresponding to a second direction for forming second sensing electrode arrays and are connected to each other through connection lines(210).
