<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily setting a user terminal via a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A server comprising a user information storage part storing setting information for each user, and a program storage part storing a setting program for setting the setting information to the user terminal receives a support request together with identification information of a mobile terminal of the user from the mobile terminal. When receiving the support request, the setting information of the user is added to the setting program to create an application and determined whether or not to authenticate by comparing the identification information of the mobile terminal with registration information. When authenticating the mobile terminal, the application is transmitted to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal transmits the support request to the server together with the identification information, and receives the application for the support request, so as to provide the application to the user terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
