<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing the generation of crosstalk. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels, a backlight capable of partially illuminating the display panel, and a drive circuit for driving the display panel and the backlight.
