Provided are solar cells and methods of manufacturing the same. The solar cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing and separated from the first electrode, and a quantum dot-graphine hybrid composite disposed between the first and second electrodes. Quantum dots are combined with graphine in a pi-bond within the quantum dot-graphine hybrid composite.
