摘要	PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a sub frame is provided to improve the stability of a vehicle by reducing a passenger injury and reduce the repairing expenses by securing the vehicle crash performance and minimizing the deformation of the dash panel. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a sub frame comprises a reinforcement part(100), a piece(200), and a bolt(300). The reinforcement part is equipped in between a vehicle body(1) and a dash panel(2) and is connected to a vehicle body through a piece and bolt. The piece is inserted into the vehicle body and the reinforcement part and is formed with a cutout groove on the outer circumference. The inside of the piece is equipped with a through-hole. The bolt is inserted from the bottom surface of the vehicle body, penetrates the through-hole of the piece, and engages the vehicle body with the reinforcement part.
