A connection structure with a USB interface and a data card. The connection structure comprises: a USB interface (1), a slide rail part (2), an elastic part (3) and a limit part (4). At least one side of the USB interface is provided with a bulge (11); the slide rail part comprises two opposite vertical faces (21); the USB interface is located in an accommodation space formed by the two vertical faces; a slide rail (22) is arranged on each vertical face in a hollowed-out manner; the bulge on the USB interface extends out of the accommodation space from the slide rail; a connection terminal (23) is at least arranged outside a first vertical face of the two vertical faces; one end of the elastic part is connected to the connection terminal outside the first vertical face, and the other end of the elastic part is connected to the bulge extending out of the first vertical face; the limit part is erected on the two vertical faces and comprises a connection portion and a limit portion; the connection portion comprises a support frame (43) and an elastic force providing part; the elastic force providing part is connected between the slide rail part and the support frame, and is used for providing an elastic force for the movement of the support frame relative to the slide rail part in the vertical direction; and the limit portion is used for limiting the bulge. The connection structure with a USB interface prevents a USB cap of a USB interface in a direct insertion type from falling off and being lost.
