<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soup for noodle foods such as Udon, Somen, Japanese Soba (buckwheat noodle), Chinese noodle and Kanmen (dried noodles), having high content of magnesium. <P>SOLUTION: The soup for the noodle foods, highly containing the magnesium (Mg) is obtained by formulating concentrated bittern with a soup for the noodle foods such as the Udon, the Somen, the Japanese Soba, the Chinese noodle and the Kanmen. As a result, the soup has milder taste and better body compared to the one without the formulation of the concentrated bitter. Further, the soup highly contains the Mg of an essential mineral. The soup for the noodle foods such as the Udon, the Somen, the Japanese Soba, the Chinese noodle and the Kanmen can be used as nutrient functional food which does not induce metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipemia or the like, and is capable of alleviating morning sickness of a pregnant woman. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
