PURPOSE: A damping control device according to rotation angle and an electric cooker including the same are provided to smoothly open a lid by steadily relieving rotational acceleration by a damping deceleration force. CONSTITUTION: A damping control device(200) according to rotation angle comprises a rotary shaft(201), a rotation rotor, and a housing(300). In the rotary shaft, both ends are rotatably connected to a first connecting unit of one side among the lid or a main body. The rotation rotor is fixed to one side of the rotary shaft and a blade is protruded to outer circumference of a cylindrical body. The housing is filled with damping fluid inside and provides a rotation damping force through flow of the damping fluid passing through a gap between inner circumference of a hollow and end of the blade. The distance to inner circumference of the hollow from center of rotation of the rotary shaft includes different area according to the rotation. |
