PURPOSE: A touch panel manufacturing method is provided to equalize and reduce a pitch width of an electrode pattern by forming the electrode pattern on a border of a substrate including a transparent conductive film by using a laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film is included in a substrate and a silver paste is printed on a first are including an electrode pattern(S12). A pattern mask is installed on the substrate according to a shape of an inner pattern formed in a second area in which a signal is generated by touch. Etching is performed by bending light from excimer laser in lens groups as a laser beam in a line shape passes through the top of the pattern mask(S13).
