PURPOSE: A driving device for a motorized inversion table and a motorized inversion table including thereof are provided to equip a eccentric cam and a chain gear within a driving device rotating a backrest normally or reversely, thereby preventing slipping-down phenomenon of the backrest without the need for additional brake unit. CONSTITUTION: A driving device for an electronic inversion table and an inversion table including thereof Includes a housing(280), a bracket(281), a speed reduction motor(220), an emergency escape unit, and a deceleration unit(210). The deceleration unit includes a cam shaft(211), a chain gear, multiple chain pins(215), a pair of fixing plate(216), and a connecting bracket(217). A cam groove(21) is formed at the chain gear in which the cam shaft is inserted to be engaged to the speed reduction motor. The connecting bracket is coupled to a boss(214) of the chain gear so as to deliver rotary power to a backrest. The emergency escape unit includes a pulling knob coupled to an end of a fitting pin which separates or combines the chain gear and a disk.
