PURPOSE: A distribution board including an environment friendly energy-saving power quality recovering device is provided to reduce image harmonic by preventing overvoltage when a neutral conductor is disconnected. CONSTITUTION: A disconnection detecting device(210) detects whether a neutral conductor(N) is disconnected. A current detector(220) detects the flow of abnormal current in the neutral conductor. A temperature detector(230) detects a temperature of the neutral conductor. A power quality recovering device(240) reduces image harmonic. A control device(250) generates a control signal for restoring the power quality.
