The present invention is in the field of a process for making interdigitated back contacted solar cells, and interdigitated back contacted solar cells. A solar cell, or photovoltaic (PV) cell, is an electrical device that converts energy of light, typically sun light (hence "solar"), directly into electricity by the socalled photovoltaic effect.
