PURPOSE: A screw assembly with a housing of taper structure and an outlet and a juicer including the same are provided to minimizing residue by forming maximum compression section, compression relieving section, and compression removing section while an inner surface of the housing is bent. CONSTITUTION: A juicer(100) comprises a housing(10), a juice screw assembly(20), and a main body(30). The housing comprises an input section, a compression section, and an outlet section. The input section consists of a first section. The compression section consists of a second section and a third section. The outlet section consists of a fourth section and a fifth section. The angle of the second section with a vertical shaft is greater than the angle of the third section with the vertical shaft.
