FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: converter control device, which increases or decreases output voltage of a DC supply source and provides for supply of output voltage to a load, comprises the following: a switching controller to control converter switching; a unit to determine capacity in a load; a unit to determine value of reduction of losses in the converter that arise in the converter, being based on the capacity in the load, determined by the unit of capacity determination in the load, and a coefficient of converter conversion, when the switching controller performs interrupted control of the converter; the unit to determine increase of the value of losses in the load, which arise in the load, when the switching controller performs interrupted control of the converter; and the unit of control command, which sends a command to the switching controller to perform interrupted control of the converter, when the value of reduction of converter losses determined by the unit of determination of the value of converter losses reduction is more than the value of losses increase in the load, determined by the unit of determination of the value of losses increase in the load.EFFECT: provision of a control device, which controls a converter in accordance with common losses related to a system of load start, comprising a converter and a load.9 cl, 18 dwg |
