The tool has an active free end i.e. circular element (14), connected with a drive body, and extending in return with respect to the body. The end is carried between a flexible interior lip (44) and a U-shaped central part (42) of a horse-shaped joint (40), and in support against one of opposite edges (34, 35) of a frame (30). A translational drive of the end along the edge moves the lip for applying the lip against the edge while the central part is applied relative to the other edge. The end comprises a disk, and the body includes motorization intended to drive the disk in rotation. The disk is made of steel.
