PURPOSE: A power converting device is provided to suppress an overvoltage applied to the device by reducing the parasitic inductance of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor device(Q1) and a fourth semiconductor device(Q4) are arranged on the lower side of a cooling device array. A second semiconductor device(Q2) and a third semiconductor device(Q3) are arranged in the center of the cooling device array. A first diode(D5) and a second diode(D6) are arranged on the upper side of the cooling device array. The first diode is arranged with the second semiconductor device.
