PURPOSE:To provide an economical transformer coil with simple construction and stability by the constitution to engage the cut-in formed in a core type insulation cylinder to the grove formed an inside lead-out conductor. CONSTITUTION:To an inside lead-out conductor 7'b to which a wide sheet conductor 6 is connected a groove 17 is formed on both sides of circumference direction of a core type insulation cylinde 2' in the direction of thickness, and on the other hand a cut-in is formed along the bus line of the core type insulation cylinder 2' and its both brims 2a are attached to the groove 17. By selecting suitable material and strength for the core type insulation cylinder 2' and the inside lead-out conductor 7'b and by using a stuffing material 15 the coil winding work becomes easy. Fixing positions of the iron core and coil is effected by inserting a core longitudinal duct piece 8, and further by the insertion of an insulation plate 12 the inside lead-out conductor 7'b can be fixed ridigly after assembly. |
