PURPOSE: A method for purifying an erythropoietin analog with a low isoelectric point is provided to effectively remove impurity proteins through chromatography three times. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying an erythropoietin analog with a low isoelectric point comprises: a step of removing animal cells from an animal cell culture in which the erythropoietin analog is expressed and preparing a pretreatment solution; a step of applying the pretreatment solution to a primary ion exchange chromatography and obtaining a first fraction containing the erythropoietin analog; a step of applying the first fraction to an adsorption chromatography and obtaining a second fraction containing the erythropoietin analog; and a step of applying the second fraction to secondary ion exchange chromatography and preparing a third fraction containing the erythropoietin analog.
